As of 30 June 2025, the name of FoodPLUS GmbH (owner of, among others, GLOBALG.A.P. and GRASP) has been changed to Agraya. The change concerns the legal name of the organisation only. Other company details, such as the VAT number and registration number, remain unchanged.
This name change has no impact on GLOBALG.A.P. certificate holders; all existing agreements and contracts, such as the sublicence agreement, remain in force. In practice, the name GLOBALG.A.P. will continue to be used for the standards, add-ons, and communications.
