The current MPS-ECAS Certification Regulations have now been updated. You can find the certification regulations on the MPS-ECAS website. These certification regulations apply to all current and future assignments.
The amendments were approved by the MPS-ECAS Board of Experts on 20 March 2025 and will take effect from 1 August 2025.
Version 14 contains the following changes:
Article 0.10 The following has been added: Appeal: An expression of protest against a decision.
Article 8.1.7 Term ‘objection’ changed to ‘appeal’. Instruction to submit complaints in writing added.
Article 8.1.9 Term ‘decision’ changed to ‘ruling’.
Article 8.3.3 The following has been removed: HACCP.
